Folgende Übungstypen kommen zum Einsatz:
Typ | Beschreibung |
---|---|
Cloze | Ein Lückentext muss ergänzt werden. Der erste Buchstabe eines Begriffs kann angezeigt werden, dies führt jedoch zu einem Punktabzug. |
Dictation | Höre ein Diktat und schreibe die richtigen Begriffe in die Lücken. |
Fallen Phrase | Die Buchstaben aus einem Satz sind heruntergefallen, setze sie wieder richtig ein. |
Flash Card | Vokabeln einer Unit können angeschaut werden. |
Find the Mistakes | Ein Text enthält Fehler, die gefunden und verbessert werden müssen. |
Letter Mix | Die Buchstaben eines Wortes wurden vertauscht, ordne sie. |
Matching Exercise | Begriffe müssen einander zugeordnet werden, wobei rechts aufgeführten Begriffe mit der Maus zu den entsprechenden Begriffen links gezogen oder Begriffe aus einer Liste ausgewählt werden können. |
Memory | Nach dem Spielprinzip des Memorys müssen immer zwei zusammenpassende Karten audgedeckt werden. |
Sequence | Ein Text muss Stück für Stück anhand von jeweils vier angebotenen Alternativen zusammengesetzt werden. |
Translation | Ein Text oder Teile davon müssen übersetzt werden. Eine Hilfestellung wird nicht überall geboten. |
Vocabulary | Eine Vokabelliste muss auf Englisch übersetzt werden. Falsch eingegebene Wörter werden automatisch gelöscht. |
Word Order | Die Wörter eines Satzes wurden vertauscht, ordne sie. |

Vocabulix: Diese Seite dient dem Üben von Vokabeln und dem Konjugieren von Verben - nicht nur in Englisch, sondern auch in Deutsch, und Spanisch. Weshalb nicht einmal versuchen, spanische Verben in die entsprechenden englischen Formen zu übersetzen? (Link geprüft 27.12.2005)
Voice of
America - Special English:
Der amerikanische Radiosender "Voice of America" bietet Sendungen in
einfachem Englisch an (Grundwortschatz und langsam gesprochen). Die
Sendungen können im MP3- oder RealAudio-Format
angehört
werden. Zudem können die Texte der Sendungen auf den
entsprechenden Unterseiten angeboten. Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Angebot
für alle, die die Herausforderung nicht scheuen. (Link
